I view counselling as a transformative process where emotional healing occurs. It involves gaining a deeper understanding of oneself, embracing self-acceptance, and addressing challenges with greater confidence. Counselling not only helps manage stress but also reshapes the way we perceive and respond to stress-inducing factors.

Every individual is unique. I believe that the unhappiness we experience often stems from the gap between who we are and who we aspire to be. Our choices define us, yet many times, those choices are influenced by external validation rather than genuine personal happiness.

In my practice, I incorporate a solution-focused approach, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and humanistic, person-centered techniques. My methodology emphasizes positive psychotherapy, fostering a nonjudgmental space where meaningful conversations take place, enabling individuals to discover their own solutions.
